The Trust prohibits the bringing of goods of a dangerous or explosive character (as defined in the Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations 1987) onto Trust owned or leased property unless the master, owner or agent of the vessel has given the Harbour Master not less than 24 hours prior notice and the Harbour Master has subsequently given his prior written consent. | |
| 3. A charge, at a rate of 50% of the relevant charge listed in part 4 of the Schedule, will be levied in respect of the trans-shipment of goods within the harbour area. | |
