Storage Charges as from 1st April, 2007
| 1. Under Cover Lockable Gear Stores |
| The leasing of these Stores is subject to availability and empty units will be allocated in strict order as determined by the waiting list held by the Harbour Master. By agreement with the Accounts Department, the rent (inclusive of Rates) will be payable in advance monthly, six-monthly or annually as per the tables hereunder:- |

| 2. Open Air Lockable Gear Stores |

| 3. General Storage |
| Both general open and undercover storage areas on Trust property, inclusive of quayside areas, are very limited around the harbour. Therefore, charges for these facilities will be as per the table hereunder:- |

| Notes: |
| 1. All goods and ships' equipment, including trawl doors, nets, ropes, drums, lobster pots and fish boxes to be stored on the quay only with the permission of, and as directed by the Harbour Master. |
| 2. Goods stored without permission will be charged at twice the above rates. |
| 3. The Trust will not be responsible for the safe custody of any goods landed or deposited upon any of their quays, wharves, or premises, whether in the open or under any shed thereon; nor will they accept any liability for any loss (whether partial or total) or for any damage however arising which may happen to such goods. |
| 4. As the Trust have no charge or custody of goods landed or deposited on the quays, it is suggested that the Owners or Consignees of such goods should arrange to have them watched whilst the goods remain there. |
| 5. The Trust will not permit goods of a dangerous or explosive character to be dealt with on their estate, except upon such special terms and conditions as may have been arranged, or may be prescribed in their Bye-laws, or the acts of Parliament relating to goods of an inflammable or explosive character. |
