| A seasonal compound charge per half year or part thereof between 1st May and 31st October, will be charged for each pleasure craft or sailing yacht, regularly entering, using or leaving the Harbour or its defined Limits, as follows:- |

| 3. |
| In addition to those charges levied at paragraph 2, a non-seasonal compound charge per calendar month or part thereof between 1st November and 30 April, will be invoiced for each pleasure craft or sailing yacht, entering, using or leaving the Harbour or its defined Limits, as follows:- |
| (a) Exceeding 15m overall length |

| In addition to those charges levied at paragraph 2, a non-seasonal compound charge per calendar month or part thereof between 1st November and 30 April, will be invoiced for each pleasure craft or sailing yacht, stored on lands owned by the Trust or leased from a third party by the Trust or leased to a third party by the Trust, as follows:- |
| (a) Exceeding 15m overall length |

| Notes:- |
| 1. A Berthing application form must be completed prior to any vessel entering the harbour, along with evidence of adequate insurance which must remain in force while the vessel remains in the harbour. |
| 2. Owners who fail to pay the appropriate compounded charge within 30 days of the Invoice date will then be liable for the charges as at paragraph 1. |
| 3. Owners are responsible for informing the Harbour Office (Accounts Department) of any changes which could affect their charges; e.g. moving from the seasonal (paragraph. 2) rate to the non-seasonal (paragraphs. 3 or 4) rates or vice versa. Failure to do so will inevitably result in over charges being made. |
| 4. Charges at paragraphs 3 and 4 above will be invoiced, in advance, for the whole 6 month period. The Harbour Office should be notified, as soon as possible, if the boat's circumstances under these paragraphs change whence credit notes will be issued accordingly. |
| 5. No vessel is to be launched / lifted into / lifted out of the Harbour without prior permission of the Harbour Master. |
| 6. No vessel is to be stored on lands owned by the Trust or leased from a third party by the Trust without prior permission of the Harbour Master, whose decision as to the storage area to be used shall be final. |
| 7. Any vessel which is stored on land owned by the Trust or leased from a third party by the Trust, is stored entirely at the owners own risk and the Trust shall not be held responsible for any damage either done by the vessel or done to the vessel. |
| 8. The charges for storage of vessels on land (paragraph 4) will not be applicable to those vessels stored within the confines of the Pentland Firth Yacht Club's Dinghy Park. |
| 9. VAT applies to all vessels under 15 GT. |
