Wharfage Charges on Goods and Passengers
as from 1st April, 2007

1. Foods Etc.
(a) Fish direct from sea (vessel's own catch either fresh or frozen), fish products and shellfish. per £1 of gross value £0.02
(b) Fish delivered or consigned to the port for sale on the Fish market. per £1 of gross value £0.015
(c) Use of the Fish Market to sort fish cargo (payable by sorter) per tonne £0.25

1. No quay storage available; all cargo direct to transport for trans-shipment unless otherwise authorised by the Harbour Master.
 
10. Passengers

11. Vehicles
(a) Motor cars and Vans £6.15

Notes:-
1. Vehicles used solely for the conveyance of disabled persons are exempt from any charge.
2. The Trust will not be responsible for the safe custody of any goods or livestock landed or deposited upon any of their quays, wharves, or premises, whether in the open or under any shed thereon; nor will they accept any liability for any loss (whether partial or total) or for any damage however arising which may happen to such goods.
3. As the Trust have no charge or custody of goods or livestock landed or deposited on the quays, it is suggested that the Owners or Consignees of such goods should arrange to have them watched whilst the goods remain there.
4. The Trust will not permit goods of a dangerous or explosive character to be dealt with on their estate, except upon such special terms and conditions as may have been arranged, or may be prescribed in their Bye-laws, or the acts of Parliament relating to goods of an inflammable or explosive character.
