Northlink Ferries currently operate out of Scrabster Harbour providing a lifeline link with the Orkney Islands.

| Parking: | available at Scrabster harbour - costs : £8.00 per week or part thereof. |
| Drop off: | passengers with luggage, less abled passengers can drop off at the passenger terminal building on the QE pier prior to parking their cars. |
| Terminal Building: | A modern terminal building is connected by a Passenger Walkway onto the ferry. |
| Café: | Peerie Café is located in the old terminal building. |
